​​​Some draw licenses are allocated specifically for hunters who hire outfitters. According to New Mexico Administrative Code (NMAC) 19.30.8.12 , New Mexico requires outfitters and hunter-clients to sign an outfitter agreement specifying the conditions under which the hunt will be conducted prior to the hunter applying for one of these licenses. To enter the outfitters special drawing pool with David Mathews Outfitters print the form (link below) and return it via email, or mail it to the P.O. Box listed below.  Upon success of the draw you will be sent a hunt contract with your specific hunt information.
